Hello Adam – tried this recipe from your book today. I cooked up some dried split peas and used 2 1/2 cups of the cooked peas. I wasn’t sure if the 2 1/2 cups of split peas was “dried” split peas or “canned” split pleas in your recipe however – so I may have been short on peas this time around – let me know for next time I make it please.
I used dried split peas for this recipe. You can always add more cooked peas to thicken the soup as desired. I love a thick plit pea soup – Yummy!
