Smoothies are a great way to lessen the load on your digestive system and make sure you’re getting the most nutrition out of those yummy, living, plant-based foods. When you’re looking for an energy boost to start your day, smoothies are the perfect breakfast food.
In this video I’ll show you how I blend nuts, seeds, seasonal berries and other goodies into a smoothie that reduces inflammation, keeps your hair and skin healthy and loads you up with antioxidants, fibre, protein and essential nutrients. I’ll even show you how easy it is to sneak some leafy green power foods into the mix and leave it tasting so good your kids won’t even know they’re there.
