Melt in Your Mouth Fudge

I recently made fudge for my first time and WOW was it amazing. It was so awesome that I have been making it weekly ever since.

Yes, it may be because this fudge literally melts in your mouth, but it also has become one of my favourite recipes thanks to it’s ability to cure my sweet tooth and I have a sweeeeeet tooth.

Full of antioxidants, iron and magnesium, my Melt in Your Mouth Fudge will make you very popular at your next family/friend gathering.

Melt in Your Mouth Fudge

Serves: 12 bite size pieces
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 2 cups pitted dates, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cacao butter, melted
  • ¼ cup goji berries
  1. Melt the cacao butter in your oven or stovetop using low heat.
  2. Once melted, place all your ingredients except the goji berries, into a food processor and blend together until a ball is formed.
  3. Roll your fudge with a rolling pin between parchment paper to flatten into the thickness you desire.
  4. Now place the goji berries evenly over top of your flattened fudge and roll with a rolling pin until the goji’s are pressed into your fudge.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minute. Once cooled, cut your fudge into bite size pieces or into heart shapes.
