This week on The Rush, we’re tackling a sticky subject: gluten. I don’t normally tell people what to eat but I do stick to this motto: if it doesn’t make you feel good, don’t eat it! Most of the time, gluten just doesn’t fit into the model of feel-good foods.

We’re also looking at how a few simple  power foods can be added into the diet, supercharging your health without too many tough changes. I share my story of change and show how others can do the same.
