Guilt Free Chocolate Bar Recipe

Today, for the first time ever, I made my own chocolate bars. I am so excited about these chocolate bars that I wanted to share the recipe with you right away. Not only am I going to share the recipe with you, but I am also going to give you a behind the scenes look at where I source each ingredient from. How cool is that!

Step 1: The Picture


I made about 12 of these bars. Don’t they look awesome!

Once you take a bite, it is like launching your taste buds into another orbit. So creamy and smooth the texture, each bite leaves you energized, satisfied and SUPER HAPPY!

How about that, a chocolate bar that instantly makes you HEALTH & HAPPY!

Each ingredient is based on pure, living food and packs a nutritional punch you feel right down to each and every cell in your body. Do you want to know what the ingredients are and where I got them?

1 pound of raw cacao butter from Organic Lives
4 tablespoons organic war cacao powder from Nativas
1 cup organic raw cacao nips from Nativas
1/2 cup Goji Berries from Real Raw Food
1/2 cup Unsulphured Dried Cherries Real Raw Food
1/4 cup mulberries from Nativas
1 cup mix of walnuts, cashews and almonds from Westpoint Naturals

How to Prepare
Place your cacao butter into a bowl and put it into your dehydrator to melt. You can use your oven on very low heat as well if needed (No higher then 115 for both). I like to soak all my nuts for 24 hours to remove any molds and to release the digestives enzymes. If this extra step is too much for you, don’t do it. Once soaked, place all your ingredients into a large bowl and add the melted cacao butter. Mix well together and place your mixture into a large baking dish with parchment paper underneath. The mix will begin to harden within a matter of minutes. Place it into your fridge for 1 hour then cut into bar size and place in your freezer to enjoy as desired.

Recipe Tip
Spread your mixture into ice cube trays to create individually portions for quick on the go snacking. So Good!


I recognize that many of these ingredients are not cheap, but I am at the point where I will spend the extra to eat the healthiest food on the planet. These foods not only fill me up faster (so I eat way less), my grocery store bills have almost disappeared since I began eating more plant based, wild and super foods.
