Get Up And Go Hemp Breakfast Bars

These bars of one of my latest creations – I wish I’d known about them years ago. Just one bite will instantly – yes, instantly – control your blood sugar, even with the sweetness of maple syrup. Thanks to all those essential fatty acids and good, complete proteins.

Keep a few of these for hunger emergencies. In a crashing moment where you need a quick fix (maybe you forgot to eat breakfast), grab one of these and you’re good to go.

Triple up this recipe and make a whole bunch of bars! They’ll keep in the freezer for months without problem. Just thaw them for a few minutes and you’re good to go.
