I had a GREAT time yesterday sharing my Spicy Chocolate Avocado Salad (recipe below) on Global BC Noon News. We talked about the dangers of GMO foods and about the Non-GMO Show I will be appearing at this weekend.

Spicy Chocolate Avocado Salad

Ingredients: makes 6 cups
¼ cup Ra Energy
2 avocados, diced
2 tablespoon cacao powder
½ teaspoon jalapeño, minced
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
½ onion, diced
½ cup goji berries, soaked
½ teaspoon Himalayan crystal salt
¼ cup mint, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
¼ cup fresh lemon juice

How To Prepare
Soak your goji berries in water for 30 minutes. While soaking, sauté the onions with the olive oil for 3-5 minutes. Once done, place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and gently mix together. This is a great dinner idea served with a cup of quinoa or a fantastic lunch served on top of spinach.
