Avocado Summer Salad

What a feeling it is when the sun is beating down on your face, filling your body with vitamin D. I love the summertime and this  avocado salad is a perfect compliment to a healthy summer day. This sweet tasting, mouth watering, healthy salad will provide your body with a boost of goodness and takes less than five minutes to make. That means more time in the pool and less time in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Mango cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Grapefruit cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint

Directions

Place all ingredients in a bowl or plate and spread mint over top. That’s it.

Recipe Tip

Add 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds and enjoy this salad as an early dinner option.
