5 Tips for Healthy Restaurant Eating

Hi everyone! Below is a video of my appearance at one of the amazing YVR Foodie events. Not only do I share my 5 tips for healthy restaurant eating but I also share the story of how food was used as a reward when I was a child and how that impacted my eating habits for a good portion of my life. I even talk about my job at Pizza Hut as a teenager. I always enjoy sharing stories and I hope you enjoy hearing them.

As you probably know by now, I love to cook. I like to prepare all my meals as often as possible, but like most of you, sometimes I can’t be at home for a meal or I  just want a night off from the kitchen. For me the biggest hurdle, when it comes to trying to eat healthy in a restaurant, are the portions. I wanted to share some ideas on how to have a more healthy restaurant experience with 5 simple tips. I hope you enjoy the video as much as I did making it! OH YEAH!
